The laboratory activities of design are played by mixed groups of students, with at least one representative from each participating Country in each group. It consists in defining strategies to develop the accessibility of the Mondino Institute, a historical building in the historical centre of Pavia.

 

Students, followed by Tutors of the University of Pavia and Professors of each participating Country, study the reuse of the building with particular attention to the accessibility issues. There will be held targeted analysis and specific surveys, in order to figure out the main points on which they will project the best solutions, preserving the architectural value of the building.

 

In addition, there are specific Lessons (by Professors from the University of Pavia and by Visiting Professors) with the goal to broaden the cultural background.
